Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for preparing documentation, opening, and closing work
orders, and warranty claims. Working as part of a team, the Service Advisor provides a high
level of customer service in support of the business of service and parts sales to the market.
Your main goal is to achieve Customer Satisfaction, the “WOW Factor”

Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills, working with both internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer skills: ability to learn and utilize software.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities using good organization and time management skills.
- Handle and monitor service-related customer inquiries
- Communicate with manufacturers on warranty claims and obtain manufacturer approval for
each claim.
- Invoice manufacturer for all authorized warranty work
- Meet and confer and complete thorough check-in, including walkthrough with pictures and
customer signature, with all service customers
- Clarify and understand all customer requests so that you may clearly inform the technician with
pictures where possible.
- Build service work orders, confirming customer info and unit info and track until complete.
- Initiate parts orders, as necessary
- Perform estimates for time and parts required
- Complete work order once service is complete and finalize in Motility
- Collect payment for work done

Education:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-A valid driver’s license and clear drivers abstract.

$60,000 - $70,000 annual income plus bonus incentives and a great benefit package!
