It may be a great time to get some insurance work done or a repair completed that you have been putting off. Now is the optimal time before the season begins while you have the extra time to get it done.
If you do have an existing appointment please contact us 24 hours ahead of time to make arrangements for your arrival. We have strict guidelines in place around hygiene and this is an opportunity to run through your safety and the staff while attending an appointment.
With regards to the dropping off of your RV, we have a sanitized drop box on the main wall at the service department that you can drop your keys into during business hours, make sure to give us a quick call when you have dropped them off and we will look after the rest.
On returning your unit we can walk you through the repair or work completed on your R.V in detail while operating under safety guidelines around COVID 19. In some cases, if needed we can walk you through the repair/work virtually using the many online options of Facetime or Whats app. If some additional work came up during the course of a discussed repair/work, we could again either discuss this matter over the phone or virtually walk you through the issue before proceeding.
All payments can be completed over the phone before collection and your unit can then be collected from our service department once arranged with a member of staff. Again, at all times upholding safety for both customers and staff.
Your unit will be returned to you with the area that has been worked on wiped down and sanitized ready for collection to give you peace of mind.
